I’ve been visiting Lorraine for several years now with different sport injuries and she’s always managed to heal me within a couple of sessions. Lorraine is life saver best physio I ever went too I haven’t complained with my back since I received treatment from her. I praise her work to every 1 and I’m so glad I took advice from Lorraine and I can gladly work safely now and don’t complain of any back pain. Can’t recommend better than Lorraine. Have had shoulder issue for 2.5 years on and off that got really bad the last 8 months and tried lots of various places and therapies all to no avail & highky costly. Practicing yoga this had become disastrous. Finally blessed to have someone recommend Lorraine to me. One single session and she not only found the problem but fixed it in that same session. Lots of stretching and strengthening to do myself and couldn’t have done it without her help.Now my Yoga practice is back fully and I’ve also realised the amount of day to day movements that are all working well again, she fixed more than what I even realised was wrong. Make an appointment, she will fix your issue! Beautiful relaxing therapy rooms too!

I could not recommend Lorraine highly enough. I just wish I had known about her on my first pregnancy! She made my second pregnancy so much easier when she treated my SPD and and then afterwards when I had issues with my back she treated that too. If you suffer from SPD at all do yourself a favour and pay her a visit.
